Westbrook Artworks LLC (“Westbrook,” “we,” or “our”) accepts returns and exchanges for both defective and non‑defective items purchased within the United States. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery, and items should be new or gently used. We do not charge restocking fees, and refunds are processed in USD.
Provide photo evidence:
For damage or defects: supply clear photos showing the affected areas and, if applicable, the shipping packaging to help us assess transit damage.
For size or dimension issues: provide a photo of the item with a tape measure or ruler visible.
Only a few realistic photos are needed; we may request additional images if necessary.
Verification:
We will review your evidence to confirm eligibility. Once approved, we will issue a refund or send a replacement. In most cases you do not need to ship the original item back.
Returns sent without prior verification will not be eligible for support.
Replacements may be of equal or greater value; if the replacement costs more than the original item, you will be asked to pay the difference.
We process refunds or ship replacement items within 7 business days of approving your return.
